Who we are

Brumo is operated by Omar Hammad as a sole proprietorship. Brumo is an AI assistant you interact with over SMS and on our website. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service.

What we collect

• Your phone number (required, used to sign you in and send you messages).
• Your name (optional, so Brumo can address you by name).
• Your timezone (auto-detected, used for scheduling).
• The messages you send Brumo and the replies Brumo sends you.
• Short facts Brumo extracts from your messages (e.g. “user wakes at 6am”, “user’s partner is Sam”) so Brumo can reference them later.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the Brumo assistant experience. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.

Messages are processed by OpenAI’s API to generate replies. OpenAI’s API terms prohibit them from training on API data. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio under their standard carrier agreements.

Your rights

Reply STOP to any Brumo message to opt out of all further SMS. Email hammadomar900@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and all associated data. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Data retention

Your messages and extracted memories are retained as long as your account is active. When you request deletion, or 180 days after your last activity, we permanently remove your account, messages, and memories.
