What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free is enough to see whether Brumo fits into your life. You can text him every day, set reminders, and have real conversations. The limits are a daily message cap (resets overnight) and shorter-horizon memory — he remembers the last few days clearly, but won't bring up something from six weeks ago.
Pro removes the message cap and flips on long-term memory, proactive check-ins, image generation, and mood trends. If you're planning to use Brumo as your daily companion — accountability, journaling, real life — Pro is the right tier.

Is there a free trial of Pro?
Some pricing variants include a 7-day free trial. You'll see the trial offer at checkout if you're in that cohort.
How do I cancel Pro?
One click from the billing page in your dashboard. Your subscription runs to the end of the current period and no further charges happen. No hoops.
Do you offer a refund?
We don't pro-rate cancellations by default, but if something feels off, email team@hypedev.co and we'll make it right. We'd rather keep you happy than fight over a few dollars.
Are there carrier / SMS charges?
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. On iMessage (over Wi-Fi or data), there are no per-message charges from Apple.
Is there a team or family plan?
Not yet. Brumo is a personal AI — the memory model is scoped to one user. If you'd like to see a family plan, email us and we'll prioritize based on interest.
