No. Brumo lives on iMessage. You save his number and text him. There's a web dashboard at brumo.app/dashboard for viewing your thread, managing reminders, and billing, but the whole product works from your Messages app.

As long as your account is active. You can ask him to forget specific things at any time — just say "forget X" and he confirms. If you delete your account (email team@hypedev.co), everything goes within 30 days.

Yes. The web dashboard has a Brain tab that shows the facts he's stored, grouped by topic. You can delete any item or the whole thing.

No. He only sees messages you send to his number. He has zero access to your other iMessage threads, your contacts list, or anything else on your phone.

Reply STOP to any Brumo message. He confirms once and goes quiet. You can start again any time by texting him again.

Yes — but gently, and only on Pro. He might ask how an interview went, remind you about a birthday you mentioned, or check in if you've been quiet longer than usual. He enforces active-hours windows, per-type cooldowns, and backs off when you've been ignoring him.

Yes. He defaults to active hours based on your timezone, and you can set custom quiet mode from the dashboard or by texting him "quiet til 7am".

In 99% of cases, this means iMessage is routing your message to the other line's SMS side — check that the number is saved correctly and that you have cell service. If it persists, email team@hypedev.co.

That means you're sending SMS, not iMessage. Brumo works on both — but iMessage gives you read receipts, typing indicators, and photo support. SMS usually kicks in when iMessage can't reach him; try toggling airplane mode on and off.

Text him the correction — "actually, I quit that job last week" — and he'll update his memory. If it's a big misunderstanding, you can also edit his memory directly from the Brain tab in the dashboard.
